Session Title:  The Disciplined Listening Method-Strategic Listening Techniques

This session is designed to teach HR leaders how to adapt their observation styles, increase their situational awareness, embrace their audience’s perspectives, and apply a strategic approach to obtaining the truth, building relationships, and solving problems in their toughest conversations.

Speaker Biography:

Michael Reddington is a Certified Forensic Interviewer, Conversation Strategist, author of The Disciplined Listening Method, founder of InQuasive Inc., and hosts “I See What You’re Saying: The Disciplined Listening Podcast.  He has spent over two decades travelling the world teaching leaders how to obtain the truth during high-impact conversations.
