Becky K. Drozdz, MBA, CCP, GRP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a Compensation and HR Consultant, and the founder of Guerrilla HR LLC. Becky had an extensive career working for a variety of organizations in an HR capacity prior to moving into the consulting space.

Becky found advising organizations on compensation and HR compliance to be the most rewarding aspects of her career. She started Guerrilla HR to assist employers by evaluating and developing programs to attract and reward top talent.
